Paul Morgan has been working at the BBC in the fields of engineering, technology, sound, and vision for over 25 years. He started out in 1989 as a Broadcast Engineer, working as part of the team that keeps the BBC’s ten national radio stations on the air. He soon progressed into leadership roles and has been instrumental in major implementations of digital technology and new working practices across the corporation in Radio, Television, News and Online. Paul is now back working in the medium he loves the most as Head of Technology for BBC Radio where he is responsible for the technical innovation and continuous improvement that helps keeps the BBC at the top of its game as one of the most creative and trusted media organizations in the world.
